Reserving Spaces
A voice command.
The time slot, the room, the invitations sent.
In just a few seconds.
Coordinating schedules, meeting rooms, and on-site availability is often a headache. NOVA manages all this information and makes scheduling meetings a breeze— just as if you’d asked your personal assistant to do it.
In a nutshell: a room is reserved, invitations are sent out. Your employees make their reservations, and NOVA takes care of the rest.
Everything is within earshot!

01
Step 1
A multi-constraint voice query.
Marc opens NOVA in the hallway and makes his request in a single sentence. Capacity, equipment, time slot, team: everything is recorded simultaneously, in real time.
-
02
Step 2
A venue that checks all the boxes.
NOVA compares Marc, Camille, and Tom's schedules, office presence, room availability, and equipment, then suggests the Mistral Room, located 25 meters from Marc's desk.
-
03
Step 3
Three moves, one tap.
Marc sees "Book," "Itinerary," and "Calendar" side by side. One tap on "Book," and the room is reserved, the indoor itinerary is ready, and the time slot is added to his calendar.
-
04
Step 4
M365 takes care of the rest—automatically.
Outlook is locked, a Teams invitation was sent to Camille and Tom, and the room is marked as occupied in Exchange. Marc didn't switch apps; NOVA coordinated all three channels.

Step 5
Check-in; car will be released in case of a no-show.
Upon arrival, Marc confirms his attendance with a tap. If he doesn't check in within 10 minutes, NOVA automatically releases the room. No more "ghost" rooms reserved for meetings that won't take place.
