OCCUPANT SIDE

From reading to action—without switching apps.

It’s not enough to simply view an event; attendees must be able to respond immediately. From the event page, an “Add to Calendar” button saves the event directly to Google Calendar or Outlook—no need to re-enter the information, and no risk of forgetting. Detailed program, exact location, times—everything is centralized.

  • Native addition to your personal calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple)
  • A selection of other suggested events at the bottom of each page
  • All the practical information on the site, in audio or text format
  • Spam-free contextual push notifications—NOVA sends you notifications that are relevant to you
BACK OFFICE

Post it, and your residents will see it right away.

From the SaaSOffice admin interface, teams can create an event or news item in just a few minutes—including a cover photo, title, description, dates, times, and location. No technical skills are required. Once published, the content appears in the “News” section of the app, which is accessible from the home screen with a single click.

  • Simple editing: photos, text, and dates in just a few minutes
  • Clear status by event: upcoming, in progress, completed
  • Immediate distribution—no email, no posting, no friction
  • A selection of other suggested news stories at the bottom of each page
WITH OR WITHOUT NOVA

The difference is evident from the very first post.

Six mirrored lines. What internal communication within a building is going through today, and what it may become tomorrow.

WITH NOVA The experience your guests love
WITHOUT NOVA The experience your occupants have
Broadcast
Immediate posting in the app, visible to all occupants within seconds.
An email lost among 200 others, a printed copy ignored, and an unknown read rate.
Creation
Back-office interface: photos, text, and dates in just a few minutes—no technical skills required.
Communications brief, back-and-forth on the design, approval, then forgotten.
Articles of Incorporation
Upcoming / in progress / completed—all visible at a glance to the occupant.
Remains displayed even after the event has passed—confusion guaranteed.
Calendar
Add contacts from Google, Outlook, and Apple with a single tap—no more retyping.
If it's entered manually—which is sometimes overlooked—the event falls off the radar.
Discovery
Suggestions at the bottom of each page; site activity displayed continuously.
No timeline; each post stands alone; the site's activity remains hidden.
Management
Reading statistics, sign-up rates, most-followed events.
When you're blind, you don't know what works or what falls by the wayside.
COMMUNICATION FAQ

Your Questions About Local Communication

Who can publish content? How do you manage permissions on the back-end?
Permissions can be configured by role (site manager, communications specialist, HR, facility manager). A post can be restricted to a specific site, floor, or group of member companies. Approval workflows are configurable; for example, two reviewers are required before a sensitive alert is published. A complete audit trail shows who published what and at what time, in accordance with your GDPR policies.
Can my employees access news from other construction companies?
Yes, that’s the core of the SaaSOffice multi-tenant experience. Each company on the site can post its own events and choose its audience (only my employees, the entire building, or a custom scope). This openness fosters spontaneous networking among office neighbors. You retain control over what your employees see through your site’s visibility policies.
How do I know what my tenants are really reading?
The back office tracks metrics by post, including open rates, reading time, calendar additions, and internal shares. At the site level, a dashboard aggregates the most-viewed posts, the topics that generate the most engagement, and the times when the audience is most active. There is no individual tracking of users, and GDPR compliance is ensured; you can base your communication strategy on facts rather than instinct.
