From the SaaSOffice back-office, FM teams create an event or a news item by filling in a cover photo, title, description, dates, times and location all within minutes, with no technical expertise required. Once published, the content appears in the News section of the application, accessible from the home screen with a single tap.
Each event displays a clear status (upcoming, ongoing, completed) so occupants can find what they need at a glance. At the bottom of each event page, a selection of other site news invites users not to miss anything happening in the building. FM teams can thus keep their site active throughout the year : Candlemas celebrations, wellness days, tenant information meetings, all without leaving the platform they already use daily.

Every event within calendar reach
Simply viewing an event is not enough : the occupant must be able to act immediately. From an event page, an « Add to Calendar » button allows them to save the event directly to their personal calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook…), with no re-entry required and no risk of forgetting. In one single place, the occupant has all the information they need: detailed programme, precise location, start and end times.
At the bottom of each event page, a selection of other site news and events invites them to stay connected to the life of their building. This seamless experience, from discovery to registration, transforms a simple communication into a genuine moment of collective life, and strengthens occupants’ attachment to their building.
