The staff member instantly receives a notification on their mobile app, along with a 4-digit security code.

They simply present this code at reception to collect their item securely, with no risk of mix-ups. Out of the office or in a meeting? SaaSOffice lets you designate a trusted delegate: a colleague or assistant who will receive the notification on your behalf and collect the item using their own security code. Managers can also set up delegates at company level from the back office.
