All your important documents, in one place

Internal rules, charters, contracts: everything you need, always at hand

The SaaSOffice Shared Documents section centralises all documents made available by your building manager or centre. Internal rules, space usage charters, contractual documents, F&B menu, practical information: each document is presented with its title and validity period, so you always know whether you are viewing the current version.

Two actions are available for each document: view directly in the application without downloading, or save to your device. Your building manager can update published documents at any time: you always access the current version, with no need to check whether your copy is still valid. »

Simple access, for every building profile

Occupants, management teams, service providers: everyone finds what they need

hether you are an occupant, a management team member or a service provider, the Shared Documents section adapts to your context. The building manager publishes the documents they want to make visible: some are addressed to all occupants, others to specific profiles.

Each document is accompanied by its validity period, to avoid any confusion between an outdated version and the current document. The interface is deliberately simple: a list of documents, a title, a validity date, two icons. No complex navigation, no nested folders. The building manager controls what is published; the occupant accesses what they need, immediately.
