The SaaSOffice Directory lists all the members and contacts in your building: employees, tenant companies, management teams, service providers. Accessible from the app (Menu → Management → Directory), it displays results in real time as you type in the search bar.
Each contact card displays the initials, name of the contact or company, and email address. One click on the email icon opens the user’s inbox with the address already filled in, ready to send.
An employee needs the email address of a neighbouring company
they type the name in the search bar, find the contact card in seconds and send their message directly from the app.
A new arrival wants to reach the facilities team
they open the Directory, find the contact in seconds and write to them directly by email.
A team wants to identify all the members of a company in the building
