The SaaSOffice Appointments feature structures the entire visit cycle: from the invitation through to arrival confirmation. The employee creates an appointment by filling in the site, date, times, a description and the guests. Each guest automatically receives an email with all the visit details, from which they can accept or decline the invitation and check in on arrival.
On their side, the reception and hospitality teams have a consolidated view of all planned visits on site: guest name, relevant host, arrival time and real-time status. When the guest arrives, the receptionist confirms their presence directly from the interface. Access to this information is restricted to authorised teams (reception, hospitality, back-office) and the individuals directly involved in the appointment.
