The name SaaSOffice is one of the trademarks owned by the company: SaaSOffice
The Site and all the elements that make it up, such as images, logos, text, graphics, etc., are the exclusive property of SaaSOffice, and all intellectual property rights attached thereto, including the right of reproduction, belong to SaaSOffice.

Any use, reproduction, representation, total or partial, in any form and by any means whatsoever, of the Site or any of its elements, for purposes and under conditions other than those provided for in Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in advance by SaaSOffice.

6. Cookie management

The User is hereby informed that when visiting the Site, a cookie may be automatically installed on his/her browser. Cookies are small files stored on the hard disk of the User's computer which do not allow the User to be identified, but are used solely to record information relating to the User's browsing on the Site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, browser used, etc.) in order to improve the User's visit to the Site on subsequent connections. 7. Processing and protection of personal data

The sole purpose of processing the Data is to conclude, manage and/or execute the Contract. They are intended for SaaSOffice's internal departments in accordance with the Contract, which require them for its conclusion, management and/or execution. It may be transferred and communicated to subcontractors and service providers. It may also be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, judicial investigations and requests for information from the authorities, or in order to comply with other legal obligations.

The Data collected is kept in accordance with what Applicable Regulations require or in accordance with the standards and recommendations of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL). Data holders or "Data Subjects" within the meaning of the RGPD, have a right of access, rectification and deletion of data concerning them. They may also, where applicable, request portability and may object to the processing of their data or request its limitation. Finally, data owners may issue directives concerning the retention, deletion or communication of their personal data after their death.

Data owners may exercise these rights by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) electronically at dpo@saas-office.com or by post at the company's head office address. The Customer's Data Protection Officer can be contacted at the company's head office address or at the e-mail address to be provided no later than the Contract Effective Date.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the www.saas-office.com website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.

9. Fighting corruption and influence peddling

To prevent any risk of corruption or influence peddling, the SaaSOffice reiterates that it does not tolerate any act of corruption or influence peddling, and that it is forbidden to offer or accept directly or indirectly, including through an intermediary, in a relationship with a person in the public or private sector, any advantage that could influence a decision. In this respect, all SaaSOffice entities include this rule in their internal regulations, as well as in their internal postings.
