SaaSOffice is a SaaS platform co-founded in 2024 by Didier Fornetti, Brice Arnavon, and Christophe Courtin, a French CEO and serial entrepreneur (Santiane, Flex-O) who is also a business angel for more than 100 startups.

SaaSOffice acts as the operating system for the office and the building.
The platform offers a single point of entry, a single application, to unify all everyday uses and make them visible, usable, and controllable on the scale of a site, a multi-building portfolio, or a multi-site organization.

Designed with a mobile-first approach, the solution covers the entire occupant and visitor experience.
It includes access (virtual badge, connected objects), visitor management, mail and parcels, reservations (workstations, rooms, services), catering, service requests, building maps, directory and presence, incident tracking, and communication.

SaaSOffice integrates with the existing ecosystem via API and SSO.
The platform draws on a large catalog of integrations (IoT, BMS, services, everyday tools) to orchestrate rather than replace.

The platform synchronizes three audiences in a single operational flow.
A simple application is offered to occupants and anyone interacting with building services. An operational cockpit allows workplace, FM, and hospitality teams to sort, assign, prioritize, and track requests.
A structured channel is dedicated to service providers, with qualified tickets, statuses, proof of intervention, and traceability.

On the management side, SaaSOffice centralizes usage and operating data.
Volumes, SLAs, irritants, histories, adoption rates, and satisfaction levels enable standardization, comparison, and decision-making via benchmarks between buildings, actionable reporting, and, depending on the contractual framework, audit-ready traceability elements to objectify the service provided.

Thanks to AI, the experience is enhanced with conversational assistants.
Users can trigger actions by voice, such as booking a room, ordering a service, reporting a need, or notifying reception. Operational teams can speed up information searches and report generation.

Designed for large-scale deployments, SaaSOffice is based on a secure cloud architecture.
The platform is based on Azure hosting in Europe, a Zero Trust approach, data encryption, GDPR compliance, ISO 27001 certification in progress, multi-zone high availability, and a structured adoption framework including piloting, before/after measurement, controlled rollout, and monitoring of usage KPIs.
