A Look Back at the SaaSOffice Workplace Breakfast at Pôle Alpha
What if the office of tomorrow were already a reality? That was the question that brought together IDET Méditerranée,SaaSOffice, and La CASA (Sophia Antipolis Urban Community) on June 26 at Pôle Alpha, in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis Technopole in Biot. Over breakfast and then cocktails, the approach was clear: to demonstrate—rather than merely describe—in a fully equipped facility that the smart workplace already exists.
Public Entity and Private Sector Entity
Following opening remarks by Éric Martin, President of IDET Méditerranée, François Clergeot, Director of Development for the Sophia Antipolis Technology Park at La CASA, shared an unusual case study: that of a public entity that is evolving its processes for managing innovation hubs through a close partnership with a local private-sector player, SaaSOffice.
NOVA, the theme of the morning
The conference, moderated by Brice Arnavon, Co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer, and Eric Fabbri, Director of Operations, put NOVA at the center of the discussion, focusing on flex-office, voice AI, and smart buildings. Booking a room, reporting an incident, greeting a visitor, or managing access —all of these tasks can be accomplished with a single voice command. The guided tour of the spaces—from the flex-office to the connected rooms—provided a real-world extension of the demonstration and sparked lively discussions about how intelligence can enhance workspaces and the digitization of work environments.
