SaaSOffice wins two awards at La Nuit de l'Immo 2026

On October 19, 2026, at the Théâtre de la Madeleine in Paris, SaaSOffice received two awards at La Nuit de l'Immo 2026, the commercial real estate awards organized by Républik Immo.

SaaSOffice won the Jury's Favorite Award (Prix Coup de cœur du jury) in the Smart & Green Building category, and the bronze award in the Flexible Real Estate Offer category (Offre Immobilière Flexible) with Avenir by Groupe Angevin × SaaSOffice: the project for Groupe ANGEVIN's future headquarters, where we are deploying our workplace experience platform and our AI voice assistant, NOVA.

Two awards that recognize a conviction we hold every day: a workplace should adapt to the people who use it, not the other way around.

La Nuit de l'Immo 2026: the commercial real estate awards night

La Nuit de l'Immo, organized by Républik Immo, rewards the most innovative projects in commercial real estate. Its jury, which reflects the diversity of the industry, recognizes the most accomplished innovations and buildings across all asset classes.

The 2026 edition closed with a ceremony at the Théâtre de la Madeleine in Paris. It brought together the players transforming office real estate: investors, developers, builders, property managers, occupiers and advisors.

For SaaSOffice, the evening was also an opportunity to discuss with these decision-makers a question that drives us every day: how to make a building truly adapt to its occupants.

SaaSOffice's journey, from the Grand Oral to the ceremony

The October 19 ceremony concluded a journey that began on September 24 with the Grand Oral, the pitch session in front of the jury. That day, behind closed doors, the SaaSOffice team presented two applications to some twenty real estate experts: the first dedicated to SaaSOffice and NOVA, the second to Avenir, alongside Groupe ANGEVIN.

Two awards for SaaSOffice at La Nuit de l'Immo 2026

On the night of the ceremony, both applications presented at the Grand Oral were recognized.

Jury's Favorite Award, Smart & Green Building category

In the Smart & Green Building category, the jury gave its Favorite Award to SaaSOffice. As its name suggests, this category recognizes solutions that make buildings both smarter and more sustainable.

This award recognizes the approach we champion with NOVA: bringing building services together in a single interface, accessible by voice, rather than multiplying apps, screens and devices.

Bronze award with Avenir, alongside Groupe ANGEVIN

Avenir by Groupe Angevin × SaaSOffice won the bronze award in the Flexible Real Estate Offer category. We share this recognition with the Groupe ANGEVIN teams, who carried this project alongside us.

SaaSOffice was represented on stage by Christophe Courtin, Brice Arnavon, Éric Fabbri, Antoine Plantier, François Géry, Tristan Fatou and Adrien Elsawaby, alongside Sébastien Angevin and Alexandre Colnot for Groupe ANGEVIN.

Avenir, a project co-created by SaaSOffice and Groupe ANGEVIN

Avenir is the future headquarters of Groupe ANGEVIN, a construction group based in Noyal-Châtillon, near Rennes. The project brings together two complementary areas of expertise:

• Groupe ANGEVIN leads the real estate project: a building delivered by its own teams, for its own employees.
• SaaSOffice designs the occupant experience: its platform and its voice assistant NOVA make all building services accessible from a single app, by voice.

Its ambition: to create a headquarters that meets both today's and tomorrow's needs, combining digital innovation, energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

This is exactly what we aim to make possible with our solution for offices and corporate headquarters: a building where every service is easy to access, without multiplying badges, apps and points of contact.

What SaaSOffice brings to Avenir: NOVA, the AI voice assistant

At Avenir, SaaSOffice is deploying its workplace experience platform, powered by NOVA, SaaSOffice's AI voice assistant. The principle is simple: occupants talk to the building, and NOVA takes care of the rest.

Everyday life, services, calendars, bookings, incidents, visitors, parcels, access: everything takes a single sentence. For example:

• "NOVA, book me a room for six people at 2 p.m."
• "NOVA, turn the temperature down a little in my office."
• "NOVA, report a lighting failure on the 2nd floor."

For occupants, this means less friction, fewer forms and more productive time. For operations teams, it is a single platform that centralizes workplace management, instead of a multitude of scattered tools.

What we take away from this experience Beyond the trophies, La Nuit de l'Immo leaves us with several lessons. • A demanding and valuable challenge. Presenting NOVA and Avenir to experts from across the real estate value chain forced us to focus on what matters most. Their questions are already shaping our work. • Recognition on two levels. The Jury's Favorite Award recognizes our platform and NOVA. The bronze award recognizes their concrete implementation in a real estate project, with Avenir. • A conviction confirmed. Our conversations over the past few weeks show it: the occupant experience has become a genuine value driver for commercial real estate.
