A Look Back at the SaaSOffice × Dynamic Workplace Breakfast Event: Offices in the Age of AI

On June 9, SaaSOffice and Dynamic Workplace brought together decision-makers and experts in the commercial real estate sector at Flex-O Paris Haussmann for coffee and to discuss a common question: In the age of AI and new ways of working, how can office buildings once again become drivers of performance and attractiveness, rather than a cost to be borne? A look back at a morning of discussion.

An issue that affects the entire industry

Densification, modularity, the shift toward higher-end services, and the digitization of work practices: office buildings have never faced so many simultaneous pressures. As companies integrate AI and evolve their work practices, they are also becoming more selective about their locations and prioritizing properties that are truly compatible with this transformation.

This observation served as the starting point for the morning session: rather than simply enduring these changes, how can owners, operators, and users turn them into a source of value? The intimate setting of the breakfast meeting, designed to foster discussion among peers, allowed the issue to be addressed head-on.

Digitizing a building: Simplify, Don't Overcomplicate

The roundtable discussion featured Philippe Morel (Dynamic Workplace), Tristan Fatou (SaaSOffice), and Xavier Chouraqui-Servière (Haveagooday). It highlighted a simple principle that is often overlooked: digitizing a building isn’t about piling on tools. Above all, it’s about simplifying the lives of those who use it every day.

This framework shifts the focus of the issue. An asset’s performance is no longer measured solely in square meters or in terms of amenities. It is measured by the tangible experience it offers its occupants and by its managers’ ability to effectively manage its use.

The Future Headquarters of the Angevin Group: Building Adaptability into the Design from the Start

This discussion took on a very concrete form with the presentation of the future headquarters of the Angevin Group in Rennes by Alexandre Colnot (Angevin Group) and Brice Arnavon (SaaSOffice). The case study provided an opportunity to move from theory to practice: how to design, starting from the planning phase, an adaptable, multi-purpose building capable of accommodating the evolving needs of the organizations that will occupy it.

This is a project that SaaSOffice and Dynamic Workplace will continue to monitor over the long term: we’ll meet in early summer 2027 to review the experience once the building is operational.

When Buildings Are Controlled by Voice Commands

As the discussions unfolded, a common thread emerged: interaction between people and buildings is increasingly happening through voice. That’s the whole idea behind NOVA, SaaSOffice’s voice assistant, which was unveiled at the event. Booking a room, reporting an incident, greeting a visitor—all of these actions can be performed with a single sentence.
