The neighbourhood as a natural extension of the office
Give your employees frictionless access to the neighbourhood’s businesses.
In a hybrid working world, coming into the office has to be worth the trip. Yet employees lose time the moment they need a meal, a dry cleaner or a coffee, searching on Google, making calls, making unnecessary trips.
The SaaSOffice Open Marketplace solves this by aggregating all external businesses and service providers within the application. No formal partnership required: it is a genuine neighbourhood guide where you can order directly, without switching tools.
Discovery
Employees access a structured catalogue of external businesses, organised by category, without having to search across multiple apps or websites.
Simplicity
Filter by business name or service type, browse items and indicative prices, and place an order specifying date, time and preferred payment method, all in a few clicks.
Tracking
Once an order is placed, the employee finds all their requests in the My Requests tab and tracks their status in real time. No more calls to confirm.
How works the open Marketplace ?
Browse the neighbourhood, choose, order: all from the app in under a minute.
Accessible from the application (Menu → Services), the Open Marketplace displays all external businesses and service providers available in your area, organised by category.
The employee filters by name or service type, clicks on a business to browse its catalogue, and places an order by entering the quantity, desired date and time, an optional comment and their preferred payment method (card, cash, meal voucher). Payment does not take place via the application : the order is sent directly to the business.
All requests are then available in the My Requests tab. Zero training. Zero learning curve.

Track neighbourhood usage. Continuously refine your offering
A dashboard to measure which external businesses are used, how often and by whom
For Workplace and Property Management teams, the Open Marketplace generates valuable usage data : which external businesses are the most in demand, which categories are missing from the neighbourhood, and which time slots concentrate the most requests.
These insights make it possible to enrich the neighbourhood directory, identify partnership opportunities and enhance the service offering around the building.

Does it sound like you?
If you are a Workplace Manager or Facility Manager
Your employees waste time every day looking for where to have lunch, where to drop off their dry cleaning or how to get home. The Open Marketplace gives them a neighbourhood guide built into their work application: they order in a few clicks, you track usage, and the office becomes a place where people genuinely want to be.”
If you are a Property Manager or Asset Manager
87% of tenants say that a good level of services influences their decision to stay in a building (JLL, 2022). Offering a built-in external business directory within the app strengthens the attractiveness of your assets without adding to your management burden: usage data gives you a clear picture of the neighbourhood ecosystem your building enhances.
If you are an HR Director or Site Director
In a hybrid working environment, the office experience has to be worth the commute. By giving employees access from the app to all the best local options, where to have lunch, where to unwind, how to get home, you reduce everyday friction and turn your site into a genuine employer brand asset.
