As a key player in our agile transformation, you will contribute to the fluidity of our practices and the harmonization of our teams' efforts:
- Help transform our SaaSOffice Cowork product by ensuring effective coordination between different teams and maintaining the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Innovate by joining teams dedicated to our new products and contribute to the definition of innovative agile solutions.

- Multi-team coordination: Manage and coordinate several agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure harmonized efforts and deliveries.
- Definition of organization and practices: the right practices, the right tools, the right pace to ensure team alignment with corporate objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach, without being rigid or indoctrinated with specific methodologies to meet the varied needs of our teams and projects.
- Facilitation and communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement improvements in their operations and practices.
- Training and mentoring: train and coach teams on agile culture and principles, best practices and the tools needed to succeed in an agile environment.
- Monitoring performance indicators: implement planning tools and suggest adjustments to methods, organization and even product management.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies: expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile practices.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks at scale: Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other frameworks for large-scale agile management is a plus.
Know-how
- Project coordination and management: Competence in managing and coordinating multi-team projects, with the ability to manage dependencies and synchronize efforts.
- Agile ceremony facilitation: Experience in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies and large-scale planning events.
- Analysis and problem-solving: Ability to identify team or project problems and propose practical, effective solutions.
- Use of agile tools: Proficiency in agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) to track and coordinate tasks.
Know-how
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and developments in projects and teams.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
- Proactive attitude in identifying improvements and resolving obstacles.
- Openness to different agile practices, without being rigidly attached to a single approach.
Graduated with a BAC+5 in computer engineering. Fluency in English is essential.
