In charge of security strategy, you will play a key role in protecting our data and preventing cyberthreats:
- Manage the transformation of our SaaSOffice Cowork product, ensuring data security and application compliance.
- Let's innovate together by contributing to the definition of safety solutions for our new products.

- Define and implement safety policies: Develop and manage safety strategy in collaboration with the Chief of Engineering and management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations (RGPD, ISO 27001, etc.) and maintain an active watch on legislative and standards developments.
- Risk management: Identify, assess and manage safety risks through regular analysis and corrective action plans.
- Security incident response: Lead incident management processes, coordinate responses and implement prevention strategies.
- Awareness-raising and training: Deploy awareness-raising and training programs to promote good cybersecurity practices among teams.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work with development, infrastructure and product teams to ensure security measures are integrated into processes.
- Technology watch and innovation: Stay up-to-date on new threats, technologies and trends in cybersecurity.
Knowledge
- IT security expertise: Mastery of advanced information security concepts, including multi-cloud infrastructures.
- Knowledge of regulations: Understanding of security standards and regulations (RGPD, ISO 27001).
- Risk management skills: Ability to analyze threats and implement appropriate strategies.
Know-how
- Incident analysis and management: Control of security incident detection, analysis and resolution processes.
- Security tools: Advanced use of cybersecurity technologies and tools (firewalls, SIEM, cryptography, identity management).
- Secure architecture: Integrate security right from the design stage of systems and applications, following standards such as OWASP.
- Management of complex projects: Follow-up of safety projects, including planning, execution and evaluation.

- Leadership and communication: Ability to adapt one's discourse to raise awareness and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, from developers to management teams.
- Team spirit: work collaboratively with technical teams (developers, platform engineers) and product owners.

Graduated with a BAC+5 in "IT Security" or "IT Engineering".
Fluency in English is essential.
