Implementation manager (M/F)

SaaSOffice, an innovative software start-up, is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager (IM) to join its teams. Leading the efficient deployment of our solutions on customer sites, you will work with customers to align product integration processes with technical environments and associated business constraints. Responsible for all aspects of project management, you will set up and lead the implementation project team, responsible for drawing up, consolidating and monitoring the schedule, in strict compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements. You will identify, analyze and document the necessary interfaces and data mapping. You ensure the mitigation and resolution of problems in order to achieve pre-production and cutover. As a facilitator, you organize customer progress meetings and ensure effective reporting to your superiors, highlighting key indicators.

Mission
  • Manage the implementation phase of the SaaSOffice solution at the end customer's site.
  • Supervise the main stages of a project: launch, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, ensuring consistency and efficiency of the process.
  • In-depth expertise in SaaS projects to understand the keys to implementation.
  • Interfacing SaaSOffice technical teams and customer IT teams to ensure good communication, transparency and project success.
  • Set up and manage project KPIs, including associated risks. Report on budget progress and consumption.
  • Collaborate with the COO to regularly present project progress to customer committees.
Skills required

Knowledge

  • Advanced mastery of project management principles and techniques, specifically in the field of software projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the processes involved in implementing SaaS solutions, including deployment and migration phases.
  • Possession of certifications such as PMI, Prince2, ITIL, demonstrating formal expertise in project management are a plus.
  • Knowledge of issues specific to cloud migrations, including the planning and successful execution of migration projects.
  • Ability to analyze customers' implementation needs and translate them into concrete action plans.

 

Know-how :

  • Proven experience in complete project management, from conception to completion, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Practical skills in supervising migration phases, ensuring a smooth process and a successful transition.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and transparency.
  • Ability to assess, anticipate and manage project risks, within budget.
  • Writing skills to clearly document project plans, progress reports and results achieved.

  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding a multidisciplinary team and fostering harmonious collaboration.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, combined with a proactive approach to anticipating challenges and taking preventive action.

Training

Graduate (BAC+5). Fluency in English is essential.
