Workplace Sessions: SaaSOffice and Its Partners at the Heart of the Parisian Workplace Ecosystem
Summer has officially kicked off for Paris’s workplace ecosystem. For one evening in the heart of Paris, SaaSOffice hosted the very first edition of the Workplace Sessions, bringing together eleven communities and guests at the Flex-O Haussmann offices. The event was designed to bring together stakeholders from the commercial real estate, workplace, and hospitality sectors.
An evening designed to foster connections among decision-makers
The Workplace Sessions were born from a simple idea by SaaSOffice: to offer workplace professionals an opportunity to connect outside of meeting rooms and formal presentations. A relaxed setting, conducive to meaningful interactions among decision-makers who face the same daily challenges—such as flexible workspaces, quality of life at work, the digitization of services, and the employee experience. This first edition took place at Flex-O Haussmann, a French provider of flexible and eco-friendly workspaces, which opened its doors for an evening to welcome all participants.
Eleven players in the workplace ecosystem come together
For this inaugural edition, SaaSOffice invited a representative panel from the workplace and commercial real estate ecosystem: Dynamic Workplace, Haveagooday, Sezaam, GoBright, Urban Practices, Wattsy, STid, Work With Island, Orioma, and Welcomr. Each of these companies, in its own way, is helping to transform work environments—whether through access control, space management, employee experience, security, or day-to-day services. This diversity of expertise fostered rich discussions throughout the evening.
Blind test, live music, and cocktails: a truly friendly atmosphere
On the agenda for the evening: a live blind taste test hosted by La Banane Social Club, live music, cocktails, and plenty of good cheer. The winners of the blind taste test even went home with a tasting basket of local products, courtesy of La Box du Grand Paris. This festive atmosphere was also made possible thanks to the efforts of several service providers involved in the organization, notably Haveagooday and Prosecur Services.
Why These Informal Moments Matter in the Workplace Ecosystem
We sometimes forget it, but it’s often outside the traditional professional setting that the strongest relationships are built. Sharing a drink, recognizing a song on the spot, an impromptu conversation: it’s these seemingly insignificant moments that create the trust needed to build projects together. These moments don’t replace day-to-day work. They make it possible by forging human connections between people who, in the future, may become partners on a project to digitize the workplace or enhance the employee experience.
