SETA 2026 (Salon de l’Environnement de Travail et des Achats) was held from March 24 to 26 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. SaaSOffice was there at stand O10, alongside co-partner GoBright.

Three days of intense exchanges, live demonstrations, and the highlight of this edition: the signing of a strategic partnership with Dynamic Workplace, live from the show floor.

What SETA represents for workplace management players

SETA is the reference event for workplace decision-makers, procurement directors, and facility managers in France and Europe. The 2025 edition brought together more than 20,000 participants over three days, with nearly 150 exhibitors representing the entire value chain: occupant services, building technical management, and digital transformation.

For SaaSOffice, participating in SETA means far more than a commercial showcase. It is an opportunity to benchmark its connected building vision against real-world realities, to listen to the concrete challenges faced by building managers, and to forge the partnerships that accelerate the transformation of workspaces.

A trade show at the heart of building digital transformation

SETA concentrates in just a few days what the market takes months to surface: trends in space digitalisation, usage optimisation, and employee experience. In 2026, the smart workplace theme and occupant data integration emerged as the common thread running through many conversations on the show floor.

Companies are looking to reduce real estate costs that weigh heavily on their bottom line. The average office occupancy rate in France is 35%, and each unoccupied workstation represents an average direct cost of €11,000/year for the company. A reality that is pushing real estate departments to rethink their operational strategy. (Source : Republik Workplace / IDET)

SaaSOffice and GoBright at stand O10: what visitors discovered

SaaSOffice opted for a demonstration stand, focused on hands-on experience rather than communication. Visitors could test, touch, and put the solutions through their paces under real conditions.

A unified platform for the entire building

SaaSOffice positions itself as the building’s operating system: a single application to centralise access control, bookings, incident management, occupant services, catering, communications, and operational data.

At the stand, three demonstrations attracted particular attention:

The multi-system mobile badge : SaaSOffice now integrates multiple access control systems (STid, Salto) within a single application. A user can hold several virtual badges from one unified interface, without replacing anything in the existing building infrastructure.
Voice-based incident reporting : in natural language, in their own language, the occupant reports an issue. The AI understands, qualifies, and routes the incident directly to the relevant teams.
Integrated connected devices: unlocking of smart power outlets (WATTSY Solutions), portable battery packs (Osol), all controlled from the same application.

SaaSOffice draws on the field experience of Flex-O, a coworking network now counting 17 locations across France, to continuously refine a platform that addresses the real-world needs of managers and occupants alike.

GoBright : space intelligence and data in service of building managers

At stand O10, SaaSOffice was joined by a technology co-partner specialising in room booking, desk booking, and digital signage. This complementarity illustrates the vision SaaSOffice carries: covering the entire building lifecycle, from day-to-day operations through to strategic occupancy analysis.

The SaaSOffice × Dynamic Workplace partnership : signed live at SETA

The defining moment of this SETA 2026 presence was the signing of an official partnership between SaaSOffice and Dynamic Workplace, formalised on the show stand itself.

Dynamic Workplace: upstream consulting for transformation

Dynamic Workplace is the independent consulting firm specialising in shared and operated workspaces in France. Founded in 2019, it supports companies and owner-landlords in the transformation of their tertiary real estate: occupancy strategy, asset enhancement, flexible offering design, and operator selection.

A natural complementarity

This partnership responds to an end-to-end logic for tertiary real estate players. Dynamic Workplace intervenes upstream: usage performance diagnostics, design of flexible offerings, strategic support for owners and tenant companies.

SaaSOffice takes over at the operational stage: space operational management, service activation, occupant management, and data collection to optimise revenue and satisfaction.

Companies now expect far more from their real estate than square footage: contractual flexibility, integrated services, and a reduced cost per employee. This partnership delivers precisely that response, from strategy to operations, through technology.

What SETA 2026 confirms about the future of workspaces

SETA 2026 confirmed several structural trends that SaaSOffice observes daily in the field :

  • Tool convergence is accelerating: workplace environment departments want one application, not ten.
  • Usage data is becoming a strategic asset for both owners and companies.
  • Space flexibility is no longer optional: it is a competitiveness condition for tertiary assets.
  • AI in service of the occupant experience has moved from the experimental stage to concrete deployment.

SaaSOffice leaves SETA 2026 with a key partnership, qualified contacts, and the conviction that the connected building is no longer a promise: it is an operational reality, already deployed.
