QA Automation Engineer (M/F)

Responsible for the robustness and quality of our products, you'll be involved in several verticals, both from a technical and a functional point of view. Take part in the adventure to :

- Participate in the transformation of our SaaSOffice Cowork product, dedicated to flexible space management, by contributing to the standardization and harmonization of testing processes.

Mission
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to guarantee exhaustive application coverage, using tools such as Robot and scripting.
- Participate in drafting the detailed test strategy, defining the approaches, resources and schedules required, as well as the test plans for each development cycle.
- Help set up and manage appropriate test environments to simulate realistic and complex scenarios.
- Play a central role in promoting and disseminating a software testing culture among the development team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the establishment of good testing practices, ensuring complete coverage of critical application functionalities.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the development cycle to integrate automated testing into the process.
- Assess software quality by identifying potential problems, performing risk analyses and recommending improvements.
Skills required
Knowledge
- Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and techniques, including manual and automated approaches.
- Knowledge of test automation tools, such as Robot Framework, and associated scripting languages, to ensure good coverage.
- Knowledge of test environments and tools, and ability to set up appropriate configurations for realistic scenarios.
- Competence in software development risk analysis and software quality assessment.
- Ability to keep abreast of trends and advances in software testing to integrate best practices.
- Software development background
Know-how :
- Interest in designing and implementing test strategies adapted to specific project needs.
- Ability to automate tests, using tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium ... to guarantee the efficiency of test processes.
- Practical skills in creating and managing test environments for a variety of scenarios.
- Ability to work closely with development teams to effectively integrate testing into the development cycle.
- Writing skills to document test plans, present clear results and share important information
Soft skills :
- Ability to disseminate a test culture within the team and the organization.
- Team spirit and ability to work closely with developers, testers and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to take the initiative, anticipate testing needs and actively engage in continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to explain test plans, share results and discuss issues with team members.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, solve problems effectively and maintain a constructive approach.
Training
Graduated with a BAC+3 or BAC+5 in computer engineering. Fluency in English is essential.
