Mission

Design and optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our software platforms using the most powerful UX/UI design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
Translate user needs into intuitive, high-performance interfaces, taking into account the principles of ergonomics and human-machine interaction.
Carry out user research and usability testing to ensure an optimal experience, using rigorous research and analysis methods.
Work closely with development teams to ensure consistency and quality of interfaces by integrating into the agile development process.
Follow UX/UI trends and best practices, staying on top of the latest innovations.
Ensure accessibility and inclusion for all users by designing inclusive and accessible interfaces.
Contribute to the development of the graphic charter and interface principles in collaboration with the design and development teams.

Skills required

Knowledge

Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) and web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
In-depth knowledge of the principles of ergonomics and human-computer interaction, and of Javascript frameworks (React, Angular).
Excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) (Wordpress, Drupal) and video integration tools.
Experience with Javascript frameworks (React, Angular) and wireframe software (Figma).
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) (Wordpress, Drupal) and accessibility best practices.

Know-how :

Ability to carry out user research and usability testing using rigorous research and analysis methods.
Excellent prototyping and interaction design skills using the most powerful UX/UI design tools.
Rigor and attention to detail to guarantee interface quality.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design and development teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to adapt to an agile and constantly changing environment.
